For Nytex employee, and Bronze League coach Jim Anderson who was taken to the hospital last night after cutting either his hand or arm in a zamboni accident. Details are still sketchy, no one knows exactly what happened, but he was taken to the hospital for a pretty severe cut to the arm and/or hand from the zamboni blade.
So think a good thought for Jim, he has been a fixture of the nytex I League for a long time.

Any update on our NYTEX brother?
I saw Jim yesterday, he was back from the hospital. Cut his left hand really deep while underneath one of the zams. Had to be rushed to the hospital, but luckily he did not cut any tendons. So aside from being in pain, and not being able to use his let hand for a while, he will be alright.
It was a close call for sure.
Glad to hear it wasn't too serious. Although "The Ghost of Jim's Left Hand" would have been a really neat NYTEX legend.
Jim, thanks for your hard work at the rink. It is terrible that you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. I hope your recovery is a speedy one.
Thanks to you and a few others, we are able to come out to the rink each week and play the great game of hockey. Your work does not go unnoticed.
Thanks for all of your efforts, our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Great to hear Jim is going to be okay. Thanks for all you do for us. Get well and speedy recovery.
