Play for 2009 is all wrapped up, and its time to move forward into 2010. Over teh weekend we had some good games. The Jags beat the Tribe in a close battle. Stingers destroyed the Spider Monkeys. Bandits beat the Whalers in overtime. Whalers getr their first point of the season with the overtime loss. And the Sens edged out the Jets also in overtime.
After three games played in the Texan Division, the Jets are on top with 5 points, the Sens and Bandits both back with 4, and then the Whalers sit with one point.
Over in the Ranger division the Jags are on top with 6 points, Stingers sit with 4, Indians have three, and the Monkeys have two points.
Its still way early, so who knows how things will end up. Thanks to the quirky schedule this session the Jags and Monkeys have each played 4 games, while everyone else has only played 3. Next up we have some interdivision games the first part of 2010 before finishing the season with another swim of divisional play. For the teams over in the Ranger division they will finally get a chance to take a look at the expansion TD Ameritrade Whalers.
In other news looks like the Sens are no longer going to be called the Tomcast Senators as they have inked an agreement with API Home Inspections to be the title sponsor of their team, and supply nifty new jerseys and socks.

its all fun and games Whalers. James Hurley and Tim Krajewski fighting or getting physical would be like a demolition derby with golf carts. Slow motion and no action.
I hear ya. Hey, the Whalers will see the Moneys on the practice ice tonight 12/23. We will have a very small group (less than 10). I hope we can scirmmage after we get done with our practice/drills.

So throwing NRH in front of it kind of helps out a bit eh. Would you prefer to be the Bedford Jets, Hurst Jets, Tarrant County Jets, Texas Jets, LA Jets, Calgary Jets, Denton Jets, or maybe something like the London Jets, Aurora Jets, or maybe a little spanish flair like JETS HC, Hockey Club Jets, Jets of Texas, Los Jets?

Tim isn't a fighter, he likes big fluffy bunnies and Big Red.
As far as a scrimmage tonight, i think we are down for that, but i'm not sure we will have a goalie.
And Chad has a peephole in your locker rooms.

I have to say....I am very disappointed in the blog, very boring these days. I went back and read it from it's inception and found that it has lost it's direction. Maybe it time to get it back to it's originial intent.
I hope 2010 brings us a better blog, cuz this one sucks.
I can wear #99 again to spice up the blog...just joking.
